  16.      In an IRIX shell, _r_e_b_o_o_t halts and then restarts the system in an orderly
  17.      fashion.  It is useful after changing the configuration of the system.
  18.      You must have superuser privilege to use this command.  If you are
  19.      remotely logged in to the system, you are prompted to confirm the reboot.

  21.      To halt the system before turning it off, use _h_a_l_t(1M) or _s_h_u_t_d_o_w_n(1M)
